Privacy and personal data security

§ 1. Basic information

  1. This Privacy Policy (further on ‘policy’) is in force as part of the duties required by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), further on ‘RODO’).

  2. This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use and should be read and considered jointly. It also uses the definitions as set out in the Terms of Use.

  3. The personal data of customers and users being natural persons (individuals) are administered by Releve Sp. z o.o. ul. Bydgoska 6, 30-056 Kraków, NIP 9452221684, REGON 381142986, KRS 0000746760 (further on ‘Administrator’).

  4. The purpose of personal data processing is the completion of the Order and Contract, and customer care after the Order is complete (e.g. returns, refunds, claims or using the Website and customer account by the User).

  5. Granting your personal data is not obligatory but is the preceding conditio of setting up a customer account, placing the Order or using the customer care which is mentioner in par. 4 above (depending on whether the personal data is processed for the beforementioned).

  6. No automatic decisions including profiling are performed based on your personal data.

  7. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring data security and may use the pseudonymisation technique and data encryption and also uses appropriate security methods including login to the internal systems containing personal data.

§ 2. Personal data recipients

  1. The personal data recipients are:

    2. PLAYROOM, REGON: 273834446, NIP: 6422452673, ul. PROSTA 2/14, 00-850 Warszawa, and Sendit S.A., REGON 360804366, NIP 7792428503 ul. Wagonowa 2B, 53-609 Wrocław, as the companies delivering the items to the Customers’ address (warehouse, transport companies, postal operators),

  2. Personal data are stored on the trade platform of the Presta e-commerce system and at the server described in point 1 above. The access is granted exclusively to the people having appropriate authorization to process the data.

  3. The data are not transferred to parties other than the ones stated above but may be disclosed on justified demand of authorized public authorities, wherein authorized public organs which may receive personal data during certain proceedings in accordance with EU and Polish Regulations are not considered recipients; the processing of data by these organs must be in accordance with Regulations in force in accordance with the purpose of processing.

  4. The data will not be transferred to any third country (outside the European Union) or International Organization.

§ 3. The rights of a person, whose personal data are processed

  1. The person whose personal data are processed has the right to access to his/her data, correcting the data and also their removal or limiting the processing. The person also has the right to object the processing and transfer the data..

  2. The personal data will be proces until all claims related to the Contract or using the Website, granted to the Administrator towards the person whose data are being processed or granted to the natural person towards the Administrator are deemed void. This period is stated by the generally applicable law. The person whose data are being processed has the right to make a complaint in the Personal Data Protection Office (further on ‘UODO’).

  3. The request to remove personal data necessary to the functioning of a customer account on the Website is equivalent to irretrievable removal of the Account.

§ 4. Cookies

  1. The website may use cookies which serve the identification of a certain browser during the use of Website by a certain User.

  2. The cookies are data, which by being stored on the end Users computer allow to smoothly use the Website. The data stored in the cookies allow the Administrator to understand how the Website is used and improve its structure and content.

  3. To disable the cookies the User may change your browser settings which is being used with the Website. Disabling the cookies however may result in the Website not functioning smoothly or certain functionalities being disabled for the User.
